A religion called “Humanity”

God is often referred to as someone or something following your path and leading it as well, taking you onto the street of goodwill and landing you in the city called Heaven. We traverse our own paths that end up at the same destination, Salvation. The sects, I call them, refer themselves to as the most supreme religions proving the most righteous path of your spiritual journey. The chapters of life, as have unfolded amongst us by our aborgines, are registered in our brains as a trademark. Human, the epitome of mistakes has a mind which is very sensitive and fragile.
The air of expressions that flows around us carves the narrow valleys of our mind and leave the never changing impact of our being a Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Jew, Jain and so on rather than being a human being. Since the beginning of the human civilization, the word “Human” is assigned to the race of man. A sense of thought never rises in our mind as to why we were named humans and not Hindus, Muslims or Sikhs or so. We follow blindly what we see the people around us doing, never imagining its consequences or features.
A human mind, as a child is always taught the language of religion which registers to be our mother tongue for the rest of our lives. The borders of religion soon cease to be hypothetical and enter the domains of physical aspect. A time thus approaches where people get divided on this basis and animosity rises in the hearts towards a nonexistent enemy as is today the case. The entire world is portrayed in the eyes of a person a canvas of contrasts where the colours are of religion. A person hates the other not because he has done him some harm but just for a reason that he is of another religion. Justification of this ideology cannot be made as it does not have any physical or moral grounds of acceptance. So why is the world divided today into countries of religion and not into countries of cultures? The answer to this question is not something that is desirable but what is desired is the eradication of this question itself. All these sects, which we refer to as religions are the tributaries of the river of salvation or nirvana.
Religion, as to explain lies not in the ways you remember God, but beholds the love of humans for each other irrespective of any grounds. So let this be a change in the ideology of the common towards the meaning of life and let us all adopt today a religion universally accepted by a single name and meaning, “Humanity”.

hey rajat. well i think i even heard a very similar opinion about "humanity as a kind of religion", so i like your idea. its very close to the way i think about that.
well but you know, i am absolutly unsure about any kind of religions, but humanity is something what should be much more important.....
