A Reason to Smile

Sitting on the windy porch,
the sun shone my head warm,
the breeze cooled it off along,
and I was told by the birds,

There is someone,
Who cares for you - more.
Than someone,
who wishes to kill you,
with insanity.

Blissful streak ran my face,
rhythms chimed my ears,
and looked the sun - and smiled.

Hi Rajat,

I like how the natural elements, sun, breeze and birds, harmonize the speaker’s mood. Nature can be so soothing to the senses and it makes thoughts clearer too. The imagery is accompanied very well with your neat balanced style.

Thanks as always. :)

I have always seen things as a blend of what is in nature. Relating people to colours, for instance, is something that is a part of me now.
Getting away with this is definitely impossible for me.

Yeah, nature sure is awesome. The most beautiful of expressions, all feelings are available out there. All you need is to get out and see for yourself.

Thanks for dropping by and writing in. Sometimes something out of the way can be charming. Somethings are meant to be slow and still pound your heart. That's the way life swivels.

A long pause of you as a blogger, but i guess you're back now. :)
Well, i wasn't as avid a dreamer when I wrote this one as you have made me in the comment.
